Contractors
Pathways MISI is seeking to establish a professional services agreement with one or more individuals who possess expert knowledge of the federal regulations, policies and guidance governing HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) and Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) programs. The selected consultant(s) will provide training and technical assistance to CoCs, service providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders engaged in the effort to end homelessness.
